Q - HOW DO I ARRANGE MY IN EAR IMPRESSIONS FOR CUSTOM EAR PLUGS?

A - Once we receive your order we will arrange an appointment for you with one of our registered nurses or one of our partnered Audiologists.

 

Q - CAN WE GET MULTIPLE IMPRESSIONS DONE ON SITE?

A - Yes, our team can come to your workplace to take impressions and perform fit checks.

 

Q - WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOOSE MY EAR PLUGS?

A - If you ear plugs were purchased within 2 years send us an email and we will arrange an invoice for a discounted replacement set. If older than 2 years we will need to arrange for new in ear impressions.

 

Q - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY CUSTOM PRODUCT?

A - Once we have received your ear impressions our production time is currently between10-15 working days. This can vary daily depending on the number of orders we have in production and may exceed the time specified above.

 

Q - CAN I ORDER A SINGLE SIDED PRODUCT?

A - Yes, absolutely. You will need to place your order over the phone to do so. Give our customer service team a call on 1300 425 496

 

Q - WHAT ARE GRIPS AND CORD?

A - Grips are an extra section of silicone or mini grip (perfect for under helmets) added to the ear plug to aid insertion and removal. Cording is a detachable neck cord fitted to the ear plugs.

 

Q - HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM EARPLUGS FIT?

A - Your custom product can last indefinitely, however we recommend new ear impressions are taken every 4 years as the shape of your ear canals can change over time.

 

Q - WHAT WARRANTY DO I GET ON MY PRODUCT?

A - All products come with a 30 day warranty period for problems with fit, and 12 months warranty on build defects/components.

  

Q - IF I NEED TO ORDER A SECOND PRODUCT WILL I NEED TO HAVE MY EAR IMPRESSIONS TAKEN AGAIN?

A - We will keep a digital copy of your ear impressions for 2 years and will be able to use them to make further products when you order them. Just give us a call on 1300 425 496 once you have placed your order to let us know to use your existing impressions.

 

Q - CAN I CHANGE THE FILTER TO GET A DIFFERENT CLASS PROTECTOR?

A - Yes, we can supply multiple filters for custom ear plugs and have Class 3, 4 and 5 protectors.

Q - WHAT HAPPENS IS WE GET A NEW TEAM MEMBER WHO REQUIRES A SET OF CUSTOM EAR PLUGS?

A - We will arrange an appointment at an Audiologist near you ( we have multiple partnered Audiologists nationwide ) for in ear impressions, produce the ear plugs and send to site. 

 

Q - DO YOU OFFER TRAINING?

A - Yes, we offer hearing health talks for individuals and groups on site.
