Which NDIS budget could this come from?
Our products generally fit as Assistive Technology or Consumables. Depending on your plan, funds may come from:
- Core SupportsConsumables (low-cost assistive technology).
- Capital SupportsAssistive Technology (hearing equipment).
Not sure what your plan covers? Ask your Support Coordinator or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) about funding for low-cost assistive technology. Funding is decided by your plan, so we can't guarantee it.
How to order
The steps depend on how your NDIS funding is managed.
Self-managed
- Buy your custom earplugs, or book your impression appointment, through our team.
- We send you a tax invoice with our provider registration details.
- You claim the funds back through your myplace portal.
Plan-managed
- Use the request form below, or email us your details.
- We send an NDIS service quote to you or your plan manager.
- Once your plan manager approves and pays the invoice, we book your fitting and make your earplugs.
NDIA-managed
- Contact us with your NDIS number, full name, date of birth and the product you need.
- We create a service booking in the myplace provider portal.
- Once the booking is confirmed, we take your ear impressions and make your earplugs.
