🚀 How to Order (3 Simple Steps)
The ordering process depends on how your NDIS funding is managed:
1. Self-Managed
- Step 1: Purchase your custom earplugs or book your impression appointment directly through our team.
- Step 2: We issue you a tax invoice featuring our official NDIS Provider registration details.
- Step 3: You claim the funds back through your myplace portal.
2. Plan-Managed
- Step 1: Click the "Request an NDIS Quote" button below or email us your details.
- Step 2: We send an official NDIS Service Quote directly to you or your Plan Manager.
- Step 3: Once your Plan Manager approves and pays the invoice, we book your fitting and manufacture your earplugs.
3. NDIA-Managed (Agency Managed)
- Step 1: Contact us with your NDIS number, full name, date of birth, and required product.
- Step 2: We create a Service Booking directly in the myplace provider portal.
- Step 3: Once the booking is locked in, we proceed with taking your ear impressions and manufacturing.
